Amanda has returned to Mirus Australia to drive the growth of the company brand & build a team, which offers a retained marketing service to age service providers. Prior to her return, Amanda spent 7 years learning the aged care industry with a B2B educational vendor in Australia, UK, Ireland and New Zealand and a Board Directorship with Seniors Rights Services. Amanda ‘fell’ into aged care, after returning to Sydney, Australia to live. Amanda spent the previous 6 years in New York, USA working for the WPP group of media and advertising companies. She held a global marketing position & had the opportunity to work directly with Dell Computers, GSK, Saks 5th Avenue, AT&T & Proctor and Gamble. Amanda is keen to help shape the professional marketing reputation in the sector and support the growth and attraction of young professionals to utilise their skills and talent in the industry too.
