Maureen Kennedy is the Head of Clinical and Service Governance for Bolton Clarke, Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider supporting 2,500 residential aged care places and delivering CHSP, Packaged Care community care services across Australia. Since joining Bolton Clarke in 2013 Maureen has developed and implemented a Clinical Governance Framework including the principles of dignity of risk, on which she presented at the International Federation on Ageing in Brisbane in 2016. Maureen is passionate about using principles of Human Centre Design to develop products and services for consumer of current and future care services.
