Client Experience, (CX) is a hot topic in the aged services sector right now because the new national care standards are heavily focused on the concept. As a result many Aged Care Providers have little choice but to comply. Successful providers are turning the tables on the required changes by leveraging the new standards to drive CX based innovation for advocacy and referral.
Robert is an Innovation Management consultant with over 15 years’ experience structuring companies for growth as the principal of Coriolis Innovation. He has worked for large firms including KLM, Thiess, Flight Centre and Advisian. He is an active Business Angel having founded 30 start-ups and invested in 4 other private firms. As a Visiting Professor he has lectured MBA’s at 8 Universities across Europe, Asia and Australia including QUT and Bond University. His unique combination of practical experience in large firms, entrepreneurial management in private firms and academic research makes him ideally qualified to help companies discover solutions for their innovation challenges.
