Anita assists with the professional conduct matters for the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and provides a range of advice to aged care providers regarding their legislative responsibilities, risk management, compliance issues, disputes management and debt recovery issues. Anita delivers advice about statutory interpretation, natural justice, privacy and human rights issues.
