Libby Pallot

Libby leads our Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team and has over 18 years’ experience. She regularly advises clients in the aged care industry in relation to employment, industrial relations and safety issues. Her work includes advising a number of aged care providers on the many employment issues associated with the sale, purchase and merging of facilities and services. She also provides advice concerning performance and disciplinary actions and all matters involving the workplace including contractors, human resources policies and manuals.
