Marketing the changing aged care landscape
Veronica Mayne is Managing Director of Faster Horses, an insights consultancy with offices in Perth and Sydney. The organisation has been operating for 3 and a half years. Prior to this, Veronica was a Director with a large global market research firm, spending a total of 19 years with the firm.
She has over 20 years of experience in the insights consulting industry. Her experience spans many industries including aged care and health, travel and tourism, energy and utilities, FMCG, finance and insurance, education, property and manufacturing.
Faster Horses places enormous importance on delivering human insights … recognising the people, their backgrounds and the contexts that shape their opinions. The company exists to translate what is gathered from these human experiences, into ways to transform businesses.
Veronica has spent a significant part of her 20 years working in the aged care industry, with key players in the Western Australian market. During this time she has been fortunate enough to consult with many elderly people and listen to their stories and what would improve their lives. In 2018, Faster Horses recognised that there was a need for national syndicated survey that would give all aged care providers access to important insights to guide their businesses and marketing direction. And so InsideAgedCare was launched.
Veronica’s presentation will highlight trends in the industry broadly, and how marketing efforts can be finetuned to better meet consumer needs.
